We were upset because we asked for two suites together they put us on floor 4 and floor 6. I complained because we had children in each room when I booked I asked to be together not two different floors. They did finally put us in 419 and 519. Hard to have a family mini holiday on separate floors.

Disappointing for a Hilton property. Check in is 3:00. We arrived at 5 and were told our room wasn't ready. The hotel didn't seem that busy. So we had to wait in the lobby with a bored and tired 5 year old and wait for our room. The room was decent but 2 towels for a room that sleep 4? The pool was ridiculously hot. More like a steam bath. So hot that it made it very difficult to breathe in thats area. Also, there was a constant shortage of towels and used towels remained on the pool deck since there was no hamper for them. I am doubtful to stay at this property again.

We had a room in the back corner… a) 2 rooms along the way had their door held open by some chairs, vacant. b) A cord ran across the hall from the maintenance room (I think). c) The ductwork in our room was so close to the wall that just leaning against the wall made a squeaking noise from the ductwork behind the wall. d) I booked the room for 4 people, only had 2 towels in the bathroom e) The pool had TONS of hairballs in it

I booked a King Suite with a soaker tub for a one-night stay, expecting a high-quality experience given the premium room type. Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Upon check-in, I found the refrigerator filled with old food, milk, eggs, sandwiches, and mildew. It was clear the room had not been properly inspected or cleaned. It took four phone calls before the front desk finally answered. While a housekeeper was eventually sent up to clean the fridge, it was so packed with the previous guest's waste that it took her two trips just to remove everything. The service recovery was equally disappointing. I was initially promised a 50% discount for the significant inconvenience, only for the hotel to call back and lower it to 15%. For a high-end reservation, the lack of attention to detail and the inconsistent communication left a very sour taste. The headboard, the frame of the bed needs to be tightened, it was making a lot of noise. I would like to also add, due to the weather the the parking lot should have been salted. it was so slippery and icy.
