I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Riu Plaza London. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was spotless and housekeeping was superior. The breakfast was wonderful and service in the dining room was great. I will return when I next visit London.

This hotel was so beautiful, our rooms were clean and so spacious. The staff was genuinely kind all the time and never made you feel like a bother. It is a walkable distance to so many attractions in the city and there’s a bus station literally so close by, very efficient and convenient. I would stay here every time I’m in London. I loved it !!!

Nice hotel, comfortable beds etc but the front desk - there were 5 of them are cloth-eared - nice but dim probably expresses it best. We found only decaf coffee in our room so asked the desk for some plain coffee for our morning cuppa. None arrived so in the morning I went to the breakfast room and poured coffee for me and my wife and told the restaurant manager of the issue. He promised to inform the front desk and at 11am, some minutes before our departure, a couple of coffee bags arrived. Great hotel but if issues arise don't expect any resolution.
