Very nice hotel let down by a very uncomfortable bed. Got no sleep. Bed was leaning to one side. Only realised after midnight so couldn’t really do anything.

Was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. It was perfect for after concert as the walkway was right opposite our exit door. Didn’t get any extras despite being a platinum vip. Thought the entry level room was very basic- only 1 robe , limited number of teabags/milk.

The room was lovely and clean. So comfortable with a wonderful view over the Thames. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay here. I cannot recommend it enough. Ideal if you are watching a concert at the O2 or just staying away for a night out and having a shopping trip away at the O2.

We had a great stay. This was our third visit as we were going to a concert at the O2. The check-in staff were lovely. The room was great. Breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of choice. It did feel a bit expensive for us since we didn’t eat that much, but if you’re someone who enjoys a big, hearty breakfast, it’s definitely good value for money. Overall, a lovely experience.
