We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the King’s Cross station. The room was clean but the property in general is worn. The lobby carpets are threadbare and the laminate floor in the room was worn through. The bathroom had been undated and was very nice, funnily enough. The room had AC which was great given the heat wave in London at the time.

Friendly staff, easy check in, fine for overnight

Check in was seamless. The room was clean albeit small but it was ok for just an overnight before Eurostar early start. Bed could have been a bit more comfy but as I say, ok for a single night. Staff very friendly and would recommend for similar stay.

The property was clean (major smell of bleach when entering room) but in need of repair (flooring buckled/worn, cracks in tiles in bathroom, ill fitting shower door allowing leaking onto floor). What the picsture displayed and the actual rooms are quite different in condition. The staff was courtious but not friendly - felt very removed for guest experience. Convienient to transportation. For a quick 1 or 2 night stay it is ok, but would not recommend for anything longer.

Would stay again.

Nice clean comfy hotel, great location, we left some stuff in reception and they have kept it until our return. Nice central location, straight across the road from King’s Cross station for easy transport links. Was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making bits, a small fridge to keep drinks and bits in.

Good value, basic but clean

Small room, basic but clean. Excellent price directly opposite London's Kings Cross. Towels a bit on small side. Basic tea and coffee amenities and small fridge. Right above tube so you could hear it slightly up till about 1 am. Beds are spring mattresses and you could feel the springs slightly and a bit too bouncy for me. Noisy air conditioning.

the location is good, close to the railway station. The room was very very small, air conditioner barely worked. bathroom very tiny. it was clean though and towels were replaced every day. Staff were not very welcoming/not very friendly.

Can see the hotel from Kings Cross station.

So near to Kings Cross, up 5 steps to front door, has a lift but had to go down 5 steps to access. Room very good, small but compact, even a fridge and A/C.

Good location, comfortable room

Good central location, arrived into st pancreas from luton airport and has access to all major sites via underground. Room clean and beds comfortable. Air conditioning struggled but it was very hot out. Good fridge and cold waterfall showers helped.

Great location, stairs all over the property, have to go down two flights of stairs to get to the lift? Dirty room, two beer cans under the bed found by my toddler, dirty bathroom and room quite small but adequate cor what we needed (12 hour layover before international train)
