Very noisy, horrible smell in room, some sort of air conditioning plant outside my room that sounded like a neumatic drill. So not a happy traveller 😡

This property is a hostel more than an inn/hotel. Rooms are small with only beds and a bathroom. No extra amenities. This placed served our purposes as a transitional place to stay between travel destinations due to their location directly across the street from Kings Cross Station.

The room is clean and staff are helpful. Bed needs improvement. Sinking in the middle. Door are banging from other rooms round about 11.-11.30 pm.

Man at reception was rude. Wasn't a very welcoming place at all.Elevator was one floor down so hard with suitcases. Jug in room was bent, very dangerous to use. Toilet seat was broken. Wouldn't recommend.

Staff were really great, polite, professional and helpful. Small issue occured re lights in my room, i aked them about it and they sorted it with no fuss or bother and in a very timely way. Have stopped here before and definitely would again. Thank you.

Nice little hotel

A perfect little place for an overnight shopping trip to london. Although opposite Kings X noise control is good so no disturbance. Clean and tidy. Better than we expected for price paid!!

Perfect location which offers the perfect base

The location was fantastic and the hotel offered exactly what was needed for a trip where the premise was simply used as a base. I was a little surprised/unprepared for the additional deposit, but the hotel obviously needs to protect itself. There were no issues with its return. A big thanks to the staff.

Directly across from the train station which is what I wanted. Great prices. Room was fine, bed was comfy. The walls/floors are thin do you hear everything. The room had a mini-split heat/air conditioner which was nice. The hotel lists as having an elevator but it’s not accessible. You have to walk down ~8 stairs or up ~8 to get to it. It’s like the floors were all split level. This was a little frustrating since I booked intentionally to not have to carry bags up/down but had to anyway. I’d still stay here again though.

The shower would not drain properly. You can hear all the pipes through the walls, so any time flushes a toilet or used a toilet it would wake you up.

The room was small for a family of 4. The shower was nice and there was unlimited hot water. This is a budget/minimal amenity hotel. This hotel works for a 1 night stay for a family traveling in and around England. We are returning for 1 night before catching our flight home (USA) the next day.

Economy Hotel

Hotel is very close yo Kings Cross Station. Make sure to check name of hotel as there a 3 in the area with similar names. Hotel is a budget friendly hotel that was chosen for location. Be aware large construction project adjacent to hotel. Rooms are adequate for price. Do not expect any extras except free wifi. Traveled with children and i would not recommend. Children voted it a great hotel since beds were soft.

Curtains were so filthy I didnt want to touch them. Walls and ceiling had large cracks and peeling paint. The door lock didn't work, as a female on her own felt completely unsafe & had to put the stool against the door at night. Other hotel guests made too much noise The room just felt and looked like a prison cell £100 damage deposit is massively excessive for this hotel
