We had a great stay. The flat is close to the train stations and easily walkable to any location. The market on Saturday was very neat. House had everything we needed to be comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and every question was answered promptly. Would recommend to families wanting to stay close to downtown london without being in downtown.
Our family recently stayed in this property. Great communication with the host, large clean property with basic furnishings. About a 7 minute walk to the Hoxton station which is served by the Overground line which connects with several routes into central London. Neighborhood is fairly residential but we found some nice local pubs and plenty of stores for basic groceries. Would recommend for families looking to stay out of the bustle of central London but wanting access to the sights.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I needed a three bedroom flat. The transit connections to central london are not as quick, but the neighborhood is up and coming and a short walk to Shoreditch. Everything you need. Only missing a knife and coffee maker. Very responsive host
My husband and I brought our son (21) and daughter (17) as well as my mother in law to visit our daughter who is studying abroad in London. The neighborhood has everything you need for your stay and is an easy bus ride to the sights of London.
The flat has everything you need and once you learn you need to flip on all the kitchen appliances, (page was missing from instructions left for guests) you'll be all set! The only real problem was the bathroom door that drags across the floor as it opens. This was mostly just annoying but also made a noise which was loud during the quiet night hours and often disturbed sleeping family members. We would stay again if travel brought us back to London.
