For the price we paid, the Leonardo room size was disappointing and didn’t feel special or premium. The upgrade to use the business lounge was appreciated. The large pool and leisure area is excellent, but no natural light as down in the basement. Breakfast was great, staff polite and helpful, location good near the Tower of London.

Really nice hotel. Definitely a good 4 stars hotel and nice value for the money. I imagine it is more expensive during Summer season. Good location about 8 minutes walk to the Tower bridge and 7 minutes to the metro station. The gym is much better than the photos show. Restaurant and bar area were nice. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast buffet was not my favorite. Seemed a bit lacking in options and quality for what they were charging. I would recommend this hotel.
