The bed were extremely comfortable and I appreciated the espresso machine and biscuit each morning. We also appreciate the walking distance to some great restaurants my favorite was the Indian food restaurant around the corner.

The gym, pool, spa, sauna and steam room were lovely - when not mobbed with people. There is a standard clearly displayed on the wals of the pool - no cameras or mobile phones but this was not enforced. Also kids doing cannonballs into the pool. Whats the point of having standards if they are not enforced? Breakfast choice was good but floor staff were just table clearers not servers. The room cleanliness left something to be desired. Some nuts left in bedside drawer and crumbs etc down the back of the occasional chair.

No Room Service available, you have to go downstairs to grab basic things like water, ice, dinner plates. If you take dinner plates and cutlery to your room they give you disposable ones. One of the bar tender offered free cocktail to a female friend trying to hit on her.
