Me and my boyfriend had the most lovely stay over Valentines weekend, we received an upgrade to the executive room on arrival which was such a lovely gesture and made it so special from us, the staff were all so kind and friendly. The room was so spacious and had everything you would need and the bed was soo comfy! We also made use of the pool, sadly the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay but not sure if this is due to seasons etc but the pool was a lovely size and there was also a steam room and sauna. Overall a lovely weekend stay and I would definitely return!

Fillet steak, cooked medium as requested, was chewy and not tender. Bed was uncomfortable; the topper seemed to thin and I could feel the mattress underneath. Disappointed compared with previous stays at the same hotel. Cancelled another booking i had made here on the basis of this stay. Don't usually leave feedback but this was really below what I expected. Good bits? Roast potatoes with the steak were tasty, the arancini were good, and the breakfast was OK.

Review of Egypt air we were in Cairo on the tarmac for two hours. Captain said nothing. No one knew everyone complaining what’s going on. We arrive late missed our connection and they weren’t gonna do anything about it. I told it was they didn’t want to pay for the connection eventually We demanded they sent us in a really bad two star hotel unliveable and booked us on the next connecting flight from Air Canada. Very poor customer service communication. Air Canada was delayed next day and we had to pay a different hotel in London because the one Air Egypt for us was not good or livable so we paid money out of our pocket to stay one night in Marriott hotel

The room and amenities were fine. I didn’t appreciate being charged a fee to check in early for a room that was clearly available. If there was no room available, don’t check me in. If there is, do it as a courtesy for a guest who has multiple options when booking a hotel.

Great high standard airport hotel managing to retain a bit more soul than your average airport hotel. I took an executive room and definitely felt that the upgrade was worth it for the executive lounge. Only negative was the gym and pool area which was incredibly run down and dirty.
