Our stay in this London property was okay, but communication could have been much better. We asked for extra blankets and never received a response. The apartment could have been cleaner — some areas were noticeably dirty — and it lacked basic items like enough silverware, cups, plates, and towels. There was also no table to eat on, which made meals a bit uncomfortable. The positive side is the location — it’s surrounded by restaurants and grocery shops, so getting food to go is easy. Public transportation is also very convenient; there’s a bus stop literally right in front of the building.
