The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was well worth the extra fee. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

there's not even a simple coffee machine to make coffee. trash can is way too small and no bag. it's really dirty, without a bag, without cleaning the trash can, it can tranmit desease. bathroom door can't stay open.

Need to improve the check-in process. Understaffed in housekeeping causes delays. Part of Expedia package, felt like the left hand didn’t know what right hand was doing — dealt with 3 different people during check-in. Not a good first impression. Additional staff training, maybe. Asked for extra Twinning tea bags and extra ginger cookies for the room,,,,,I’m still waiting. Stayed for 7 days, felt daily security deposit, hold on credit card, excessive.
