parking limited but ok, whole place needs a tidy up (weeds in carpark rubbish etc) this is the first impression and doesn't bode well for the hotel.

The hotel's strategic location provided easy access to Wembley stadium and the London designer outlet, along with numerous restaurants and bars. The spaciousness of the rooms, their cleanliness, and the availability of on-site parking were all commendable. However, the dated nature of the hotel could potentially benefit from an update. Overall, the stay was excellent, particularly for the location.

Parking was available and costed nothing! Checkin was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and tidy and for what we paid and where we were this was a 2 minute walk to troubadour theatre which made for a very convenient stay. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but I would stay here again. The communal areas of the hotel are well used and could do with a fresh lick of paint and attention to detail

The hotel was fine if a little tired. Everything worked and although the bed was a little lumpy. However its redeeming feature, was the price of only £69.00 for the night's stay. Other hotels nearby would have been double so staying on my own, it was a sensible choice and saved money.

Nothing seemed new and working fully, lifts were uncertain and took the stairs most times to avoid using them. Bed was awful and could have used more than one pillow. Would be nice to be able to reserve parking as you just never know if you can park or not. Was very noisy in and around the hotel with lots of door banging.

Second time I’ve stayed there.First time was a few weeks ago and even though the place was clearly very old I was satisfied with the room.This time it was very poor.The electrical sockets were loose,the bathroom tap was loose and the air conditioner looked like it was from a 1950’s sci fi movie.I asked for a quiet room and at first it was ok.From 11 at night the noise from doors slamming and unexplained loud thuds was nearly hourly.I was woken several times.Very disappointed

Great location and ok for the night I guess but the hotel seems to be a 70's hotel because of the appearance, decor and general feel. In definite need of modernisation, the lift felt like it was struggling to make it up and the carpet had iron holes all over it. The proximity to the Ovo arena was the only redeeming factor.

There wasn't enough parking so i had to block cars in, when checking in i told them my name and car reg and they got both wrong. The hotel was go noisy we could hear everything from people walking around to doors banging. There was no chance of having a layin as there was very loud banging from 8am onwards

Air con was a nice touch. The marks in the bath were a turn off. And mould on the ceiling in bathroom needs dealing with. Lamps were dusty like they hadn’t been wiped for weeks. ‘Shades’ were crusty dirty wrapped paper. TV way too small! Basic channels. No Netflix A small fridge would be helpful for customers too.
