The reception staff were very friendly, supportive and engaging! Fantastic service!! Bar staff were polite and friendly. Room was good and more than adequate. Restaurant tables could have done with a clean.

Here are the pros; it's near the airport and the hotel room itself was clean Check in was quick and it was quiet. Now for the cons; The breakfast buffet was terrible and the food service at the bar for dinner was equally as bad.

Our room was dirty and had a blood stain on the sheets in two places plus grease and some random green stain. Powder on the seat and overall dusty. The night supervisor prioritized what seemed to be some friends who weren’t even staying there and attempting to them at the bar. I waited 20 mins to voice my concern while he just took their orders and made them their drinks. We were ready to just leave and go somewhere else.

Great hotel for a night before heading into London. We used the hotel hoppa bus to get there and it stops right outside. You can get a bus directly in front of the hotel to a station that is on the Elizabeth line taking you into London for £5.50 rather than the £25 from the airport. It was so easy and the staff will happily help you out. Very ‘funky’ hotel with a good selection for breakfast.

Really nice hotel if you like the trendy vibe. I didn’t realize this is a Marriott property until I arrived. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, WiFi (unsecure) was fine, there’s a kettle and instant coffee/tea. I arrived late but the bar serves pretty good food until 10 or 11pm. When LHR started flights in the morning I could hear them but it wasn’t too bad considering the proximity. The London buses and Hotel Hoppa stop right in front. Only one tiny request: please provide a rubber mat for the shower, as the floor was slippery.

Great for a one night stay.

Clean space with a comfortable bed and decent bathroom which was a bit small but adequate. All good for a one night stay. Got a decent rate for the night so was good value for money. Helpful there are tea making facilities, but if hotels offered fresh milk in a small fridge it would make a stay so much better.

Although we liked this modern hotel we were disappointed with breakfast. Fruit bowl empty, cold scrambled eggs, no sausages and limited cutlery. Also, one thin pillow per person is not enough. Liked the modern quirky vibe and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

LOVE this place

I arrived 3 hours before regular check-in expecting to be in the lobby or walk outside until a room was ready, but I was given my room key immediately. Most hotels make me wait for a room to get prepared. Very fast, efficient, friendly service at this comfortable hotel.
