Very helpful staff and very clean hotel. Rooms are very quiet too considering it’s only about 200 meters from Stratford railway station (or at least the front was where we stayed)

The property was nothing to write home about. There was nothing unique. However the water from the taps did smell dirty. We paid for a queen size room what we got was two single beds pushed together for my partner and I to sleep on. We slept on that uncomfortable bed or should I say beds for the first night then changed rooms the following day. The young lady who changed our room was very pleasant, however the next room had one bed, no way it was a queen size room. I am disappointed with the overall establishment there was no room service telephone no mini bar. Don’t think I will be staying there again.
