We liked this hotel and found it very walkable and convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. If you don’t mind a bit of walking, many major attractions are located just outside of Coventry Gardens.

Location was great and close to transportation, dining, and shopping. The hotel was nice and there was always staff at the desk and in the lobby for greeting or questions. There was always water and drinks in the lobby as well. Room was very nice and quiet. All around great experience.

The rooms size was good and the location is great. Housekeeping was great. The staff overall feel junior/new. The service at the bar/restaurant depends on the day. Some mornings/nights the staff were on it others days/times I had to flag them down to get service. It was never more than a few tables when I had to flag down help. I wouldn't class this this as a 5 star hotel more of a 4 star hotel that would like to be 5 stars. Overall, it's a nice 4 star hotel and an decent 5 star.

The best part of this property was obtaining early access to room. Got upgraded both stays. Very convenient location to trains, Euston Station or Saint Pancras International. Central location to walk to markets or to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square or Piccadilly Circus.
