Location is beautiful and perfect to explore the whole of central London. The hotel upgraded us and room was so beautiful and spacious. I’ll definitely be booking there again and recommending to everyone. Covent Garden and Leicester Square are walking distance. Good transports connection. Tubes and buses. Absolutely amazing stay

This is what a 5 star city centre hotel should be.. Every detail is perfect, extremely clean, high quality furnishings and although the basic room we stayed in was fairly small, it was laid out in a way that it felt much bigger. Location was exceptional. We were there for a sight seeing trip, and from we got off the Tube from Heathrow until we got back on it to go back to Heathrow, we did not use any other form of tranithan our feet. Definitely would reiand definitely will be back..

Welcomed with a warm greeting and offered a drink on arrival. Stayed 2 evenings, room wasn’t cleaned during stay. Requested top up of drinks and shampoo etc and was done promptly. Room immaculate
