Stayed with my teenage son for 4 nights. Upon arrival it felt like a timetravel since the rooms were so outdated, whick was kind of fun at first. For its value very pricy but the location was excellent and my son liked the breakfast a lot and was happy with everything, therefore the third star. However, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. The hotel desperately needs a proper renovation or at least a decent facelifting. Staff was fairly ok.

Room was very small, no space to place suitcase except on the table. Bedding and walls next to bed were stained, and hairs were still stuck under the bed cover which was offputting. Shower pressure ok. Was woken up by neighbour talking - rooms not soundproof.

Tiny tiny tiny

Very old hotel in need of updates. Noisy you can hear everything through the door. Bathroom so tiny you can’t bend over to use the sink! And I’m a short person. Shower very tiny. Beds very firm. Felt like sleeping on a wood board. Breakfast is basic and the service very slow and inefficient. Rooms could be cleaner. Cobwebs and dust in corners. Short walk to paddington is the only redeeming factor

The hotel is in a great location if you use Paddington from Heathrow. The breakfast is great. Internet is dependable which can be an issue in some of the older buildings. Overall a great stay.

It is close to the main attractions. The room was clean but very small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases for a 2 week cruise. You could not even move inside the room.
