Stayed 3 nights in August. I wanted a smallish hotel in London where I'd have easy access to transportation but also not in the heart of tourism. This hotel fit the bill perfectly! Easy walk to the underground, good coffee right down the street, quiet and safe at night (after the theatre), and comfortable beds. As my husband said, it had everything we wanted and not a lot that we didn't need.

Convenient property for the Marylebone area. It was clean and comfortable. At this price point, however, breakfast should have been included. We requested a 30 minute earlier check in, in advance. This would have made a big difference to us, however it could not be accommodated.

This was a perfectly pleasant hotel in Marylebone. Within walking distance of some great shopping and cafés. Nothing fancy, but worked well for us.

Pros: great location, super nice staff. Cons: everything is definitely older, and the cleanliness was quite bad - pillows were left on the floor after room was “cleaned”, robe that was on the bathroom floor were hung back up instead of cleaned. Felt like floors, etc were not cleaned during stay.

Very happy with my one night stay at Montagu Place. It was perfect as a solo traveller. Loved the attention to detail - the Molton Brown products, tea and coffee facilities. I'd happily stay here again.
