We booked 3 rooms, check was at 4pm. Only 2 rooms were ready upon our arrival. The third room was made available at 4.45pm. No iron or iron board in the rooms. Uncomfortable mattresses and awfully soft pillows. Small, but nice swimming pool but sauna will only fit 4 people at any one time. No steam room. Breakfast was from 7am - 11am. At 9.45am, a lot of food items had run out, staff had to be prompted to replenish, food was luke warm, staff did not notice that glasses for fruit juices ran out. Hot beverages were replenished at a very slow pace. Hotel did not seem busy so dread to think how they would operate at full capacity. Would not recommend to others and will not be returning.

Great place, with amazing staff

Great location, right by Battersea Station with lots of options for food and shopping, and great for commuting via boat! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the pool / spa area is a treat after a long day out. All the members of staff we interacted with were fantastic! We only stayed one night but we are definitely going to return, ideally for a longer stay.

I loved the hotel, the spa was beautiful and clean, the breakfast had great choice and was delicious and hot. The only things I'd like to raise is the bedding was a little worn, there was no bath in the room which I'd prefer and for the spa it'd be good if there was flipflops available to hire. I'd give it 4/5/5 overall. Opposite Battersea Park and walking distance of Chelsea Bridge. Also train noise in morning can be quite loud.
