We found this Hotel very convenient, comfortable and clean. We easily walked with our bags in tow from the train station. It was easy bus rides to all of the sights that we wanted to see on our 2 day short stay. The comfortable bed was most welcomed at the end of our busy days.

Don’t recommend staying here as the room size was much smaller than the photos. I’m talking no space to open my suitcase other than on the bed. Also they charged £3 per bag for storing while you waited for your room to be ready. Not even sure why we stayed here

Staff continue to be great!

I arrived for one of my many visits but my room wasn't ready. The man on reception (I think Rashid) whi has served me before was very good and got my room changed immediately which was a big help. Room was a bit noisy but then again it is near KX.

It’s a nice clean hotel that’s in an ideal location near Kings Cross. Rooms aren’t massive but it’s a place to put your head, plus it’s reflected in the price. Did miss the fact that there are no tea making facilities in the room and you have to pay £2 quid if you want one downstairs. It is also a bit of a labyrinth, with really tiny lifts. You can just about fit 2 people in.

Great location. Especially if travelling out/in to King’s Cross. Rooms ideal for a short stay. We had a lower floor room without a window and didn’t have any problem with it. Only negative is not much leg room on toilet! Something to consider if mobility issues.
