Hotel was lovely, very modern & clean. Staff were so friendly & helpful. We opted for a room without a window which turned out fab as the room was so quiet & dark so we had the best sleep! We had a great stay & would definitely stay again.

Small but Clean efficient room, my daughter got cold but the heating was perfect, got lovely and warm real quick. Hot shower too.

Downgraded to no window room as our “booked rooms heating was broken”
Offered partial refund for downgrade and breakfast.
As for room, floor dirty/sticky and Mould above and around extractor fan.
Shame, I liked staying here before, won’t book here again.

Overall a very nice room. Clean, modern, and a great location, although there was a lot of noise from other guests walking in from outside, as my room was immediately next to the entrance (Rooms are in a separate block to the reception)
The staff friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and the included breakfast was delicious. My room as well as the common area was beautiful and exceptionally clean. I throughly enjoyed my 6 night stay and would definitely stay there again.
