I enjoyed the location of my stay! Everything about it was great. The only issue I had was the morning I was supposed to check out, my air conditioning was only letting hot air out which made my room extremely uncomfortable since I didn’t have a window. Next time I’ll just pay extra to have the window. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

Staff were great, cleanliness was spot on but the size of the rooms were terrible!!! I’m only 5’2 and had to sleep in fetal position because my bed was so short . The noise coming from outside was also unbearable! Good location but for £200 a night?!??? Will never go back, ever!

For reference my suitcase is hand luggage, it’s tiny and the photo was taken with wide lens …

In terms of convenience, it’s very good. The rooms themselves were clean but tiny - it’s a box with no closet and no room to put suitcase or other luggage. (Great for quick overnight stay but not much longer) Almost impossible to get into shower as door is blocked by sink - many gymnastic required! Staff were lovely and very friendly.

The hotel is very convenient to downtown and right next to a tube station and Waterloo. It is quite noisy as a result. Lots of traffic and siren noise. The room was miniscule and cramped but very comfortable otherwise. Price was outrageous

It was a small, clean and elevators accessed room in the basement. The hotel is close to the Big Ben. In addition, Point A Hotel is across Lamberth subway station. I recommend the Costa Caffe situated at the hotel entrance. I recommend Mamushka Restaurant and Bar for an experience of Polish kitchen.

It was a good hotel. Rooms were very small but had everything you'd need. My complaint is the noise outside. I was on the 6th floor but heard constant traffic noise, police, ambulance, fire engines, horns blaring and even the noise of people shouting carried up to my window! I did not, I'm afraid have a good night's sleep.

The underground rooms have poor ventilation system and unfortunately hotel management doesn’t care about this serious safety concern.if you book a room without window through Expedia , be aware that you will be placed in one of these basement rooms.However, Expedia also fails to disclose this important issue on its website.
