Everything was great except the online booking and being charged twice because expedia or premier inns does not provide clear information on the location of their hotels. I was charged twice for a room because i booked at a differnt location and arrive and stayed at another. Expedia nor premier eould transfer the reservation of refund the money.
This is too bad becsuse the service is excellent

I like the quiet. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I like the proximity to the airport. It'd be great to have a fridge or microwave in the room and a bottle of water for your customer at check-in.
It's nice to be able to recommend a hotel wholeheartedly. We were quite surprised that staying a this hotel so close to Heathrow was not only a very pleasant experience but was one of the few aspects of our time in England that cost less than it would have done in Canada!
a welcome resting place convenient for Heathrow travel
This friendly,clean hotel near Heathrow was ideal,for my short stay in London .Staff friendly,rooms very comfortable,food reasonably priced and well presented.Only negative was the ÂŁ4 bus fare between Heathrow and hotel,excessive and i had a long wait at both ends.Was this not a COURTESY bus?
Bathroom not too clean, but the room was nice. Recepstionists were very helpful at all hours! Easy access from LHR with the Hotel Hoppa, only 4pund one way! Recommendable if you need a room for the night between flights, but not many reasons to hang around if not.
