This was an excellent hotel choice for our 2 night stay in London, when we had to be near the Heathrow airport. 6 minutes away from Heathrow terminal 5 by bus 423, the station was right in front of the hotel. The room was completely sound-proof, extremely clean, crisp bedsheets, very comfortable beds and quality bedding, AC, modern, nothing to complain about. Check-in and check-out was fast, we enjoyed a nice late night dinner at their restaurant, breakfast was also excellent, with hot breakfast items, English breakfast, fruits, pastries, good coffee and really nice and friendly staff. There are also vending machines with snacks available, they also have a coffee shop. We were very pleased, and we would book this hotel over and over again.

Key card cutting machine wasn’t working upon arrival so I was awarded a skeleton key that opens every door in the hotel! And so was everyone else! That means everyone could’ve opened anyone’s door unless bolted from the inside. In my opinion this is further evidence the world is now over-engineered but I genuinely couldn’t sleep

Everything was great besides the location It was almost a kilometer from the terminal. If you landing after 10pm you need to take an Uber. During the day time there are a shuttle every 45 min and it cost extra 15 pounds … for my family of 3 it was almost extra $50 just to get to the hotel Not very convenient

I stayed at this property purely for the convenience of catching an early flight the next morning. While I didn’t particularly enjoy the stay overall, it served its purpose. Just be aware that the property is not located inside or right next to the airport—it’s a short drive away. They do offer a paid shuttle/charter service to the airport, which was helpful, but I expected it to be a bit closer. If you’re only looking for a place to rest before a flight, it’s an okay option, but don’t expect much beyond that.

I booked a night here to be near to Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. I got to the hotel by bus (with my Oyster card) - check-in was very fast, room was fine, there was a restaurant to eat dinner. It was quiet so I slept well. I was worried about taking the bus back to the airport so early in the AM so I booked an Uber. But it should also very easy to take the bus back to Terminal 5. It's a solid choice for having to spend the night near the airport.

The Wifi provided sucks. They also have paid Wifi. Hotel or Expedia did not inform me of this while booking. Additionally, instead of strictly adhering to a 3:00 PM check-in, they can accommodate someone who arrives after 2:00 PM.
