No staff at the reception when I arrived. Kiosk could not check me in. When staff came, I was told that Kiosks only check in reservations that were made inside UK. You need to request house-keeping service at the reception every morning, otherwise, hotel will not provide house-keeping service, which is a cumbersome process. Room is very cold because heating does not work. Underwear and socks from the previous guests were still left in the drawer. My room key card failed three times a day and could not open the door, and I had to keep going back to the reception to fix it. I requested that the baby-crib should be removed from my room, but the receptionist on the night of my arrival was too lazy to help and just asked me to take the big heavy crib to the hallway by myself. I had to ask another receptionist the next morning to help.

Best location imaginable. Clean comfy rooms. Nice bar attached. Cons: had to go to the desk and cleaning staff three times as they didn’t leave enough towels for us and the cleaning staff took away one towel 2 times. There’s no phones so you have to go back to the desk each time. The last night we were there we hit back late from dinner w friends and took showers as we left early the next day for Scotland. The shower was clogged so we couldn’t, and there were no phones to call for help and no one at the front desk. This after waking for 11 hours, we had to wait until the following night to shower in Edinburgh. It was a bummer as overall this place is in a great place waking distance from everything in London.

I was here for one night and loved it! I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to London. Extremely clean, modern and very cozy. And the location is perfect. It was walkable to three Christmas markets, Big Ben, the London eye and multiple tube stations

Overall, this hotel shines because of price, location and you get started with in house breakfast. That's what you're getting though and don't expect much more. Longer version: It's a prime location right by the London Eye. You can walk to most tourist attractions, though I highly recommend bringing a stroller for a toddler. It'll save you a lot of $$ in tube costs to walk. The breakfast has decent variety and absolutely stellar service. Some items (vegan bacon, vegan sausage, porridge) are only available if you ask someone...they'll make it fresh and bring it to your table. The coffee is espresso based drinks and the beans are of poor quality, so don't expect much more than just caffeine. London has a coffee shop on every block if you so desire. The room is big, for the location. If you pay for a quad room but only have 3 people, they'll only set it up for 3. So don't pay for a quad if you have 3. The room size is the same regardless. Bring all your own stuff, please. Own toilet paper (theirs is sandpaper that's given one piece at a time), own toiletries (there's is one for all type solution), own disposable cup for rinsing your mouth, own slippers, etc. Expect to get nothing "extra". Big fail...the family room has a sink too high for most toddlers, the soap dispenser is even higher. The bathtub only has half glass and is very deep. It's not family friendly at all. Overall, this hotel is good, but you'll want your own stuff. No safe, 2xUSB-A ports, no USB-C.

Amazing experience, highly recommended!!! Location is in the heart of London,5 minutes walking from Big Ben, outstanding service, immaculate, and organized room. Breakfast is very healthy and varied, especially for my daughter(gluten-free )

Excellent location. Short walk to Waterloo Station. Arrived very early, was immediately assisted with storage of our luggage. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs. I highly recommend this hotel.
