I booked this hotel because I had a very early flight the next morning and I specifically booked this one because it was the closest to my terminal and said that they had shuttle service. When I arrived, I was told that the shuttle to my terminal would be 40 minutes long and wouldn’t even start until half an hour after I needed to be at the airport. I also booked this hotel because of the photos of the spa on their website. I was excited to unwind before a long flight. I was told at check-in that the spa was not open. No further explanation. I was then woken five times in the night by the fire alarm going off Due to a very large wedding happening late into the evening…all in all a very disappointing stay. I didn’t get to unwind at the spa. I didn’t even get to sleep and I still had to book an Uber to get to my terminal in time for my flight.

We had a 3 day event in a private room. Room care was attentive & all staff encountered were efficient & responsive. The duvet cover was very comfy. There was a vibrant atmosphere with several weddings going on yet it was never disruptive. My wish would be for a smaller cafe type facility along with the sit-down restaurant. And the gift shop, which could sell snacks, coffee & water, wasn't open enough days & hours. But a good experience overall.

Room was basic, had tea and coffee making facilities, for the price I paid it was good but the room was dated but it was clean. The front desk staff at the hotel were great however the breakfast team felt like they were rushing a bit and took my coffee twice when I went to go get something from the buffet, the greeter at the front was more interested in continuing her conversation with her friend and possibly other guest than me. The bar staff when I went for a drink in the evening also ignored me so I left without getting a drink or any food. In all honesty the bar and restaurant team could be more attentive.

Very noisy with doors banging and being able to hear next door going to the bathroom multiple times throughout the night. Should probably invest in some sound proofing and modernising as it looks like all the decor is from 1998.
