Hotel was right next to the Elizabeth line. Convenient from Heathrow airport. Do check for train works especially on Sunday if you’re heading to the airport. Hotel is clean and next to shopping street. Very convenient.

Upgraded to a slightly bigger room , bed comfy but no air con working so given a fan did help as couldn’t open windows due to proximity to Oxford st. Staff great, central hotel at reasonable price for london

We did not stay even one night in this hotel. It was unseasonably warm in London. The air conditioning was apparently broken, though we were not warned about this ahead of time or when we checked in. The hotel had the windows open, which probably would have been okay, except that there seemed to be a dance club right below us. We closed the windows, shut the curtains, and turned on the AC, but it was blowing hot air. We called downstairs and the front desk informed us that the AC was broken. The hotel was very apologetic, and allowed us to check out without charge. Assuming the AC normally works, this was probably not something that normally happens, but I feel like the real issue was not being informed ahead of time.

Have stayed at this hotel numerous time because of the location. It’s looking very tired, rooms are in desperate need of renovation. We stayed during a mini heatwave in May and the air conditioning in the rooms had to be turned off as some were being replaced with new units. There was no communication or apology. It was difficult to sleep. Someone was smoking on our floor, it was noisy as not all rooms have double glazing. Will be looking elsewhere for next stay in London.

Great tiime

The staff made up for any deficiencies Place is classy , yet a little older Ac units are loud but work Bathroom water- my god - hot snd powerful I’d love to have that shower in my house And did I say anything about the staff? Location- shopping right there Subway across the street 2 stops from the sites We did the national gallery, Big Ben , parliament, Westminster abbey and London bridge and the underground all in one day Warning- if you are colorblind you will get lost in the subway

If you want very very central then this is a good choice. It was a very noisy area with tourists. And given its location a high tariff for the room. Staff good and breakfast excellent.

Great hotel.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great location for Oxford street, it's right next Bond st underground station. We will definitely stay there again.
