Generally a good stay. Gym was well equipped, bed comfortable, breakfast was great and super nice shower. My only complaint was the level of noise from the doors and cleaners in the morning. I’d recommend sleeping with earplugs to avoid being woken early hours of the morning by vacuum cleaners and doors slamming.

Everything was great but they didn’t have washcloths in the bathroom. It was very close to the airport and we could take the hotel hopa bus. It was 6 lbs per person each way but so convenient for travel to and from hotel.

I stayed in one of their higher end rooms and it was great. The breakfast buffet was very good quality and overall I thought that my experience here was well worth the money spent. This hotel offers many services and amenities.

Not as nice as our visit in 2023

Disappointed that the "airport shuttle" was not really a viable option. When we found it @ airport, driver told us it would be 45-60 minutes until we would be dropped at hotel. Lobby was messy and very warm each time we passed through it. Young man who eventually helped us seemed to be the only worker around. He was friendly and apologetic for the long wait - but clearly needed more assistance. The table with water in the lobby was a nice idea but all of the glasses were dirty and there was trash on the table (no waste receptacle). Went to restaurant for breakfast buffet, and it was ok but not great. Overall, disappointed for the cost and after a good experience there 2 years ago.
