Good hotel, great view of the airport, and quite, only downside is parking is limited, even though car park is huge, we got there for 4pm there was no parking, had to do 5 loops till I went inside and member of staff had to move there car for me to park, which I felt bad for, but parking is one thing to be wary of

The check in and valet experience could not have been better. The hotel is nice and very convenient to Heathrow. It is a bit dated and needs a deep clean in the bathroom, but very acceptable.

The check in at the front desk by Carlton and the fellow helping me with my luggage was exceptional as Carlton did his level best to see that I was able to check in early into my room. Very nice people you could see they genuinely cared.
