Room was fantastic and staff were great, can't give 5 stars as the sofabed for our child wasn't made up on arrival BUT they sorted it pretty swiftly and so 10/10 for customer service when an issue arises. Beds comfy and facilities good, sold option for a west London stay with good connections to the centre.

We chose it as a family because it was a chain hotel, but we were disappointed. One of the two elevators was broken and was not repaired for days, the breakfast room was extremely inadequate and there were long queues and we had to change hotels. Even though we paid, they asked for the room fee again and still did not refund the £50 deposit they took from our card.

It was conveniently located near transportation. Shopping and dining areas were a few minutes away. Breakfast buffet was provided, and options were pretty good.

The hotel is situated a short walk to Earlscourt tube station, Tesco and bus stop to the attractions. Area is safe. There are a few good restaurants and pubs nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Improvements needed -- change carpet in hallways. It's horrid, so is hallway lighting. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Lobby is overly scented with some sort of air freshener. Breakfast is good though someone commented the eggs were of the powder variety so we avoided. Also, some of the breakfast meats were overcooked. Great selection of cold foods, hot foods and breads. A nice large dining area that never felt tight even though busy. Love the coffee machine with all the variations of coffee you could want. Lots of tea selections, too. In general, a wonderful hotel and would stay here again for sure !

We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom suite, very nice and spread out for our family. Having 2 bathrooms in the room was great. Also having a microwave and small kitchenette. Breakfast was great!
