No lockbox for the key. Attempted to contact the owner with no response and end up booking somewhere else. Currently attempting to claim a refund through expedia. Other guests reported similar issues with double, even triple bookings, incorrect/invalid key lockbox codes. Number peovided by owner was a. Invalid number..
