The apartment was in good condition, and guest service was great. However the place could be cleaner and provide Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash just like the hotels so we don’t have to purchase them separately for ease of travel. We didn’t use the kitchen, washer and dryer. Washer and Dryer are so dusty that i didn’t want to use it. The floor is dusty too. Maybe the place has been vacant? We were asked if the physical keys but there were none upon arrival and we only use the digital keys to open/close door. Overall I would stay again IF the place is cleaner.

Location within 5min walk to Ealing Broadway, 10min to tube with Central District & new Elizabeth lines was great. Apt 20 is in new condition with heated floors and skylights for extra light made it a very cosy stay. It wld be helpful to have a Welcome Sheet specific to that Apt - use cooktop, how to unlock the kids lock on the cooktop, how to activate heated towel rack and other info relevant to first time visitors. Enjoyed our stay and have rebooked!

The stay was comfortable. The flat is clean, quiet and well-maintained. It has everything I needed. There is no front desk but I was not given any instructions for a self-service check-in. The problem was quickly resolved once I got in contact with them. So you may want to ask for the passcodes and instructions beforehand if you will stay here.

Best in Ealing Broadway

This apartment was super. Its very centrally located in a most safe neighbourhood. Access to transportation was excellent. It's a great value for money. Everything in the apartment was new.
