We had a late check in. It would have been nice to be warned ahead of time about paying for parking at a hotel so I really didn't appreciate the surprise upon checking in. Also, the noise level throughout the evening whilst trying to sleep was less than desirable. Breakfast was served til 10am but there were no boiled eggs when I came down to eat. I assumed that given the reputation of the your hotel group, I had high expectations and they were not met

The front steps were broken and tile pieces all over slip/trip/fall waiting to happen, the breakfast sandwich in the morning had an expiry of September 2025…yuck. Not worth the money for that stay!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, continental al breakfast was good. We appreciated the gated underground parking. Though there was supportive mental health housing next door, we had zero issues walking the neighborhood day or night. We felt safe walking home from the concert hall at night

The room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. I did have a fall outside on the sidewalk. There was a lip that didn’t have any kind of ramping to meet the gap. Therefore I tripped and fell .

The room was in okay condition. Its clearly rundown with holes in the curtains and stains on the wall. The main issue was the noise, you can hear everything even in the room across from you. If you dont mind downtown noise then youre okay.
