Checked by a very nice member of staff. The room was large and had a very comfortable bed.
Switch on the LG large TV but it had no signal so none of the channels worked. I called reception to request an engineer visit. After one hour no engineer had arrived to fix the TV so I called reception again and they apologised and said they would follow up with the engineer. After a further 40 minutes still no engineer so l called again and eventually after waiting Ihr 50 minutes the engineer arrived and fix the tv by resting the box. The room has a fridge which was good but it wasn't that cold.
The shower had a good water pressure and there was a shaving mirror.
The Club Lounge was large and offered cold drinks throughout the day until it closed at 11pm but like fridge in my room the drinks were not that cold. Coffee machine was excellent. The breakfast was very average with no bacon, fried eggs and no hash browns. The Sausages and tomatoes were nice and good quality. No little jars of Jam and they had ran out of bread.
The WiFi was ok but not very fast.
Overall this is a nice hotel but if they improved the service and replaced breakfast items when they ran out in a timely manner it would be an excellent choice when staying at Heathrow.
I wasn't offered any compensation for the TV issues which was
disappointing. I wasn't offered any room charge but I did request a room change when I found the tv was not working but this was refused.
