We didn’t enjoy our stay. The rooms were cold. The staff were not very friendly and the breakfast times a complete farce. Clearly not enough staff in there and each day we had to wait for food to be refilled and keep chasing. The breakfast and reception staff were not really friendly.

Perfect!

Great stay this hotel is perfectly situated next to Romford Station, the rooms are modern, clean and simplistic but effective in design. This is deal if you just need a place to sleep but doesn't have space to work. Its a modern walk in shower (none of the old bath in shower), slow release toilet seat, sensible sized open bin, great water pressure and temperature and 4 pillows on the bed. Wifi was strong, food was nice and reasonably priced. Its a perfect hotel for overnight stays or a few nights if you need the basic amenities.

9am no replenish of bread , no enough choices and room never clean ,not make the bed just get the rubbish in the bin , no replenish of toilet paper , no replenish of complementary coffee in the room , no replenish of bath towel if I didn’t ask .. the only good is the location is convenient next to train station

Better and nearly there!

On this occasion I had a room with a window which made so much difference! It really is a very good and comfortable hotel with good amenities in a plumb location. The unmanned ground floor entrance is still a bolt hole for undesirables to break from the weather and skanks logging onto the wifi for free! So therefore I can’t give it 5 stars just yet.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

They had a problem with a guest who decided to set the fire alarm off at 1:30am, alarm on so long that guests congregated at reception. This was followed by a fire alarm test at 8am, there was no warning that there could be a drill. I complained but was told- “I can only apologise” “Not our fault guest misbehaved” “Can’t control unplanned fire test”
