The staff was so friendly and met our every need. This is a beautiful property. We loved all the extras like the wine and entertainment between 5:30-6:30. It was really the best from the friendly staff to the beautiful and clean rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at St. Ermins. Our daughter and her family joined my husband and I for 8 days. The spy package for the kids was a big hit. They loved looking for clues throughout the hotel. Every staff member we meet was graciuos and helpful. The decor was exactly as described on the website. It was centrally located to several points of interest within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a beautiful property, in a historic building, with an impeccable staff. Very posh, yet friendly helpful staff, start to finish. My only problem was we never had a functional toilet for our 4 days. They tried to fix it twice, but we gave up asking.

This place is beautiful and very clean. All staff were wonderful. They made things easier for us. The daily breakfast buffet is fantastic. Lots of choices. We didn’t get to try the tea time in the afternoon but I heard is fabulous. We will definitely stay here again when visiting London. I highly recommend this place.

St.Ermins hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The guest rooms are just beautiful. I throughly enjoyed my stay. Next time I go to London I will be a returning guest.

We booked a one night stay and wanted to be walkable from the theatre we had booked. The hotel was great for the convenience of trains and theatre land. Hotel was clean and staff attentive and the breakfast was great with a wide choice. Would definitely stay again .
