Rude staff

Very rude staff who are happy to jeopardise your happiness in order for make a bit of extra money. Renia (Manager) is by far the rudest person I have even spoken to in the hospitality business.

it was such a good hotel

This hotel is really clean with very good staff and very good bed and breakfast. I would recommend it to any one as it is in central London with all buses near to it and it is so reachable. There are also many restaurants to it and you can easily buy anything that you require when you get hungry. \i thank all the staff for all the services they have offered to us, the receptionits were so kind and very helpfuk,the kitchen staff and all the others. Next time I come over I come to Staunton and I will pass my word to my Maltese friends. Thanks and best regards Lara, Jane and Charles Buttigieg

Too Noisy not worth the price

I like the fact that there were places I could choose to go to eat but on the whole, very noisy area, traffic right in front of the room, not insulated. Wifi is very poor and the staff didn't look like they were too enthused to help, like they felt obliged to help their customers. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again.

Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig hellhörig, aber im grossen und ganzen war die Unterkunft toll. Sehr grosses Zimmer für die Umgebung.

Familiäres Hotel

Pros: Gesamtpackage stimmt vollkommen.
Cons: Nein.
Location: Leicester Square und Piccadilly Circus sind nur 14 Min. entfernt (zu Fuss oder per Tube).
Zentral gelegenes Hotel das familiär geführt wird und kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Frühstück und WLAN sind im Preis inbegriffen. Es ist sauber und hat anständige Preise. Es ist allerdings etwas ringhörig (v.a. auch gegen die Strasse hinaus).
