Checked in and we weren’t able to get into our man. A gentleman that worked there was there and saw our struggled and came right over to help us. He let us in and the room was not cleaned yet but he brought us right down the hall and put us in a suite (an upgrade) for free. The lady at the front desk was super apologetic when I went to get our new room key and was very kind. Pool was clean and warm! Room was clean and quiet. Hot breakfast was great with waffle, muffins, eggs, bacon, potato’s and much more. 100% will come back just for the service we received from the staff!

The Staybridge hotel was absolutely amazing! We loved the outside space to be able to have the option to sit outside. Our room was gorgeous and very clean and spacious for our family. The staff were excellent. We will definitely be staying there again and again

It was a great hotel, loved our stay. When I booked online there was no mention about where to add if I was staying with a pet so they charged me an extra 75, they never said that also included tax, and they charged me extra for my dog to stay with tax. And now there’s a pending charge on my credit card as well and I have no idea why, there is no reason for this charge…
