the room we had was very small, the shower was dirty, bed very uncomfortable and got very hot in the room even though we had the window open. It was okay for the purpose we went for, as we only used to get ready and sleep. But i would not book again.

Marathon Stay

The Hotel was very clean but a little tired and in need of some updating. Eg worn carpet, paintwork to windows.Our room was very small and therefore difficult for 2adults to be comfortable. Bed very comfortable and shower good. Kettle leaked water. Reception staff smiley and helpful but other staff less so.

Weekend in London for Royal Albert hall concert

Very nice hotel rooms on small side we were in lower floor so room very hot even in November air con had to go on only way to turn on was from a swivel chair no control when I asked reception said it was only way

60th Birthday

Staff were great and the hotel was very nice. I had stayed there before and expected it to be good. Initially, we were put in a basement room which was dark (no view) and very hot! The hotel was nominaly full but staff arranged a better room which made it all worthwhile. They were very pleaseant about the whole thing too. If there had been no other room, it would have been much less pleasant. Perhaps insist on no basement rooms?

Zimmer mit guter Grösse, aber etwas gammelig mit vielen Blessuren - wirkt daher ungepflegt, obwohl es recht sauber ist. Zu kleines Bad, kaum Stauraum. Zimmer schlecht klimatisiert, in diesem Fall zu kalt.

Lontoon "standardien" mukaan erinomainen hotelli lähellä Gloucester Road metroasemaa. Pienehkö huone, mutta hyvä kylpyhuone ja lämmintä riitti vaikka perinteisesti ikkunakarmeista paistoi päivä läpi. Myös hyvä continental aamiainen.

Cons: Expensive breakfast.. Breakfast can not be bought via ebookers :(
