Hotel staff Andreas was incredibly helpful and friendly. He assisted us in our tour bookings very efficiently. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is accessible to a variety of restaurant and walkable to Paddington Station. We had a wonderful stay at Stylotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent stay at the Stylotel Sussex Gardens

Updated rooms, fixtures, and amenities in a classic London row house. Loved the nicely-appointed room, fast elevator, strong internet, delicious daily breakfast, helpful staff. Location cannot be beat. And we even got a voucher for free drinks at the Sussex Arms pub around the corner!

Hotel room small basic but clean perfectly adequate for 3 night's. Cooked breakfast was 1st class so was tge service 3 minute walk ftom Paddington tube station

It’s near paddington station, easy to go anywhere through subway. One problem with suites, which are located above a bar and it’s quite noisy for game nights

The property is conveniently located near Paddington station. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check our bags prior to checking in. I would recommend this place for sure.

Beds were hard and futon like. 1st room was right over the bar and we couldn’t sleep till after closing. Then second room was dirty and lots of broken things. Elevator not accessible after midnight or before 10am. And when Heathrow airport closed down and our flight was cancelled, we had to extend our stay and the hotel tried to double the rate. So we left. Will never go back.

Turned up at the hotel around 2330 due to a delayed flight. Issued a room and the room hadn’t been cleaned. I dragged my bags back downstairs and was questioned whether the room was cleaned. Given another room near the toilets at reception which even with all the lights on I couldn’t see inside my suitcase properly. Disappointed
