Lovely hotel with attentive and friendly staff and in an excellent location. This was my third stay, and the only glitch was in a problem with the temperature control in my room, making it way to warm. The staff dealt with it immediately, so I could enjoy the rest of the visit.

Great hotel

The Ampersand Hotel and the customer service team were outstanding and very accommodating and handled all our requests with ease. Our room was lovely, clean and quiet and was available for an early check in. The restaurant inside the hotel was great and was able to adjust menu to cater for my gluten intolerance. The hotel’s location is very convenient for travel, museums and shopping. I’ll be back again

Stayed at this hotel before and had a pleasant stay. This time I prepaid Stay was fine, however after checking out, the hotel took full payment, meaning I paid twice. On calling the hotel the first words were- can you send an email, no was the answer. the receptionist tried to justify taking the payment was hotel policy!! Nothing mentioned when checking in, if indeed this is hotel policy then be warned, you will pay twice and then told you have to wait for an unauthorised charge to be refunded in 5 days! Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel?

Lovely hotel in a perfect location!

This was a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right across the street from South Kensington station - easy to get around with connections to several underground lines and bus routes. Did not realize I needed heated bathroom floors in my life until my stay here. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London!
