The start of your email asked how was my check in and the email was sent to me during our stay?! Having said that check in was quick and easy. Reception staff all very pleasant, polite and helpful. Great location with easy access to all the major attractions. The hotel is very close to Embankment Underground station and the Thames Clippers wharf, making it convenient to get around. The Tube provides direct connections to King’s Cross and Paddington train stations. The room was a good size, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning and room service. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Although I was initially a bit concerned about the hotel’s proximity to the train station, the room was surprisingly quiet and we didn’t hear any noise at all. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
