Good place to stay!

Was in a good location. Dissapointed about the room door not locking thatbwe only found out when we was about to sleep. Staff did nothing for us the bext day. Saftey first. Also very disappointed about the effort made from the staff as i told them few weeks in advance wife birthday and she is vegan , they gace us an auwful non vegan cake.

Le charme et le confort.

Pros: la décoration le personnel attentif
Location: quartier calme, résidentiel proche de Hyde Park et Harrods.
Ambiance feutrée. Personnel prévenant et discret. Chambres magnifiquement décorées, calmes et confortables.
