I can’t express anything but my excitement about staying at the July Victoria London Hotel! Everything—from the reception to the room, and from breakfast to the staff—exceeded my expectations. When we first entered our room, we realized that none of the water taps were working. We called reception, and they immediately offered to move us to another room and even included a complimentary breakfast as an apology, which was incredibly thoughtful. A special mention goes to Tami, who was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, outstanding service, and overall quality.

Our new favorite London hotel! Each room is a mini apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Great shower. Individual room control heat/air con. Comfy bed and pillows. Noise reduction windows so we didn't hear the traffic outside. So quiet!!! Laundry facilities with inexpensive and easy to use. Nice gym and sauna. Staff is amazing!!! Our flight canceled due to weather and they were so accommodating. Victoria area is centrally located with shops, restaurants, pubs and trains. We loved it here and will definitely book again.

Our new favorite London hotel! Rooms are mini apartments with a fully stocked kitchen and new appliances, including a nespresso machine. Super comfy kingsize bed and pillows. Clean. Great shower! Individual climate control in the room with heat and a/c. Laundry downstairs that was inexpensive and easy to use. Really nice gym. My husband loved the sauna. Security. And the best thing.....noise reduction windows!! We didn't hear any traffic. Peaceful sleep every night. Victoria Station is a great area. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping. Train is centrally located. Staff was amazing! Thank you to Troy, Livia, Natalie, Loretta, and the sweet lady from Portugal!! And thank you for all your help when our flight canceled due to snow. You helped book us an extra day with no drama. We also like the concept that you had service to the room upon request. It allowed us to sleep in on vacation and reduced the noise in the hallway.

It was an awesome stay. The room and kitchen were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery for any type of food. The kitchen was fully functional. The transportation was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station and the bus hub. This makes it an ideal location for any traveler. I didn’t find any negative aspects around the street, and the security was excellent. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the location is very convenient and worthwhile. I did not take the breakfast package; it was easy to cook breakfast in the kitchen.
