Room upgrade to a room with 4 poster bed - a lovely touch - only to find in the morning the shower was broken and completely unusable. They made a room available on the 5th floor for us to have a shower but we were now out of time to get to an attraction pre booked. On return with the lift not working we climbed the stairs to the 5ht floor to find our keys didnt work. We had to go out again but they at least moved us to the 2nd floor where everything worked - although the room keys at first didnt work. We didnt hate the hotel and they tried their best to rectify the issues which is at least something. Would stay again due to location but wont accept any upgrades!

We thought that the hotel was comfortable, smart and fairly modern, very friendly and welcoming staff. We had everything in our room that we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. However we were a little bit disappointed with the choices on the dinner menu, there needs to be more options, maybe a roast etc, but the breakfast menu was outstanding.

Exemplary service. The staff really make this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. I booked for my parents for my father's birthday and without asking they added extra elements to their stay and made their experience truly special. The hotel itself is impeccabley clean as well as comfortable and in a grat location for all the theatres. 10/10

Excellent staff and thoughtful room preparation.

Cons: Room was facing directly on to the road and therefore was slightly noisy but I guess this is expected given the location of the hotel.
Very thoughtful experience. mentioned in passing it was for a birthday surprise and the hotel team thoughtfully provided a slice of cake, chocolate gift box and rose petals in the bedroom without me asking or even expecting it. Would definitely stay here again based on this experience

Nice hotel, great location

Right in the middle of theatre land and opposite China town. 5minute walk to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. Room was small but very clean. Lovely shower. Complimentary fruit and still and sparkling water in room. Glass of prosecco on arrival in reception.

Best hotel we had stayed ever

We are celebrating our anniversary. They upgrade our room and make some special decoration for us. The room is extremely comfortable and the staffs are really nice. The location is just across Chinatown and within walking distance from all places. Really glad for our choice to stay here.!

More like a five star hotel

Welcomed at check with a glass of bubbly. Room quite small but its packed with all the little extras of a five star. Bathroom with illuminated magnifying mirror, bathrobes, slippers & Elemis toiletries. Bed very comfy, large HD Flatscreen TV, Coffee machine, complimentary water & fruit. You even get a mobile internet phone to make free calls. You take it with you when you are out, great finding places around London with google maps. Staff were exceptional and would highly recommend with hotel.
