The Good: Very clean and refurbished. Coffee machine.
The bad: Small room, lots of stairs, Not very comfortable bed, terrible 3rd bed. Also, no breakfast, no free bottle water and the receptionist was very cold. I’ve seen other staff being much nicer than him.
All in all, I will never stay in this hotel again, we stayed in much better similar price hotels and were much much better. We paid £536 for two nights so not cheap!! But we were tricked by the very high rating on Expedia.
Comfortable and clean room. I did hear the people above me a lot as they walked around the room, but I think that is hard to avoid given that hotels are in older buildings. But, if you are a light sleeper something to keep in mind. Otherwise staff were friendly and room was as expected based on the hotels.com listing. Very handy having my own little kitchenette to store drinks, snacks and meals. Great location as less than 5 minute walk to Earl's Court station which provides direct service to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line and direct service to Westminster/Buckingham Palace/Tower of London areas on district line. Also, walkable to a small grocery store, shops and plenty of food places.

We loved our stay here. All of the staff were wonderful. The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. It's super close to the Earl's Court Underground Station, and lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend!
The Resident is conveniently located. You can walk anywhere in the city and also to Earls Court Undergrouns Station. The property is very clean and the staff is caring and attentive.
I have stayed at this property before, and when I returned home, I booked it again for the third time. The staff is extremely helpful, the location is fantastic, and my studio apartment has everything I need with it’s kitchenette facilities.
We stayed here for two nights. Super clean, decent size room for London. Location was also very convenient. The staff at the front desk was very helpful throughout the trip.
Cute rooms in a nice neighborhood with pubs and access to groceries. For tourists, I cannot overstate how nice it is to be close to the Earl's Court transport station because it made getting anywhere we wanted in the city via tube super easy. Also it is within easy walking distance of major attractions like th Natural History Museum. We would for sure stay here again next time we are in London.
Clean and comfortable, and in a great location. The pillows could be better - they were too flat. Good dining options close by, and underground is just 5 mins away
The hotel is very nice, with a terrific location. Fairly quiet, in a residential area, but close to a commercial street and the Earls Court tube station.
The staff are very good - courteous, friendly, efficient.
My only misgivings, which we overcame, was the lack on information on how to use the shower and the coffee maker.
Wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood walkable to Earls Court station. Pleasant and professional staff and the entire place delightful. My rooms was exactly as offered advertised with nice bathroom and kitchenettes. I would stay again when in London!
I was bit disappointed with the size of the rooms, which in the picture seems much bigger with a little patio that in reality was inex . But it is London and space is limited. Kudos for the staff
