The room was spotless, a compact space that was perfect for our family stay in London. Our boys loved the mezzanine style! Location was perfect for us, the Underground was so close. The receptionist who greeted us was very good, he told us all the information we needed and our room was ready before check-in so we were delighted. A great, convenient experience for us!

Good location. Staff seemed nice and helpful but we got a weirdly hard sell on breakfast which we didn't want. Room not very comfortable - bed was hard, pillows really soft - not the best combination! The shower and toilet were in a glass cubicle in the room. Although the glass was frosted, the cubicle had a sliding door which left a pretty large gap right next to the toilet when it was closed, offering no privacy. Room wasn't very sound proof and you could hear guests talking in corridors and sounds such as the tv and phone alarms. For the price I expected better.
