Construction nightmare.

This stay was terrible. At 7:50am construction began in the room right next to mine IN THE HOTEL. And when I say construction I mean ELECTRICAL SAWS AND DEMOLITION. I don’t know what makes them think they can have guests occupy rooms surrounding this construction is beyond me. When you walked into the hallway you could see the construction dust in the lighting. It looked like there was a hazer on for a concert. I was also not initially met with a solution besides then telling them to stop. And guess what after they told the workers to stop….THEY DIDNT. In the end they moved me to a different hotel but having guests there during construction that start at 8am is horrific. Make sure construction is done before booking here.

easy cheerful friendly efficient check in, huge lift to 5th floor, posh corridor, small room but with everything needed for a comfy stay. well designed interior with top of the range lighting, electric window shade, giant tv with sky sports channels etc. comfortable bed with firm but fluffy pillows- and room to move around which really surprised me. two complimentary bottles of water, plenty of t & coffee with kettle- a real find two minutes from Trafalgar Sq. - and not noisy despite the location- thoroughly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay and this hotel is a great location for west end shows as well as sight seeing. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The only down fall of our stay was the unbelievable noise that came from the room above us (to the point the air con vents were shaking in the ceiling) Obviously this wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it did affect our stay as it kept us awake and woke us up early. Despite this we would stay again

First time using Z Hotels, and everything was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Ideal hotel if you just looking for a room to put your head down, the location was excellent for what we wanted to do and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely use again.
