Dated hotel. Managed an upgrade to deluxe. One can only wonder what the “standard” room was like. Restaurant wait at 8pm on a Monday was “at least 45 minutes”. Counterpoint is staff were absolutely lovely - let down by a hotel which needed refurbishment years ago.

Rooms are showing their age. Executive room didn't have complimentary bottled water despite website saying so. Reception said they no longer provide it. No space for toiletried in bathroom. Restaurant was good with an incredible runway view. Proximity to pod parking is the best perk, but very extortionate to charge for opening a gate to access it.

Great position food could be bettet

This hotel is in a fantastic position for terminal 5 . The hotel is basic and we had breakfast and evening dinner and the food is okay could be better. It is a shame as the restaurant overlooks the airport runway and could be a highlight.

I was impressed with this hotel. Check in was a smooth process. Room was comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and the food and service were good. The planes were overhead but I couldn’t hear them in my room or restaurant. An enjoyable nights stay

Clean & Comfortable.

Clean & Comfortable with dead easy access (bus 423 stops right out and only costs £1.75 to Terminal 5) but please note, the walls between rooms are paper thin!
