We stayed at Tribe Canary Wharf for a full week and it was like a home away from home. I appreciated the eco-conscious theme SO much! There were motion-detection lights, full-size, mounted toiletries, wood/bamboo flatware and compostable cups/trays - very little waste! Everyone from the staff at the front desk to housekeeping to the baristas to the bartenders and restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of a great walk-around area with lots of different places to eat and is in short walking distance (6-10 minutes) of both the Jubliee and the Elizabeth Lines so you could get anywhere in London easily. The food at Feels Like June is wonderful, the bar has fun signature cocktails (One had a puff of cotton candy!), and the grab and go had drinks (alcoholic and non), crisps, snack bars, sandwiches, and more. Next time we're back in London, we'll absolutely stay here again!

Great and friendly check in service staff all very friendly. Was told when checking in the bar would be open until midnight but was closed when we got back from the O2 gig. They did however had hub sevong canned alcohol and soft drinks along with sandwiches and pastries. Did not have breakfast so cannot advise. Great location in a very cosmepolitan feel in the surrounding neighbourhood. Great for the O2 as only one stop from the O2 on the underground. Lots of restaurants and pubs around with plenty of outside seating like the hotel, so would be great in the summertime.

Overall the hotel is overrated location was convenient but, in our opinion no consistency as some of the reception-staff were helpful and professional others needed training in dealing with customers, an issue we have had is the location of our room within the hotel so we asked if we can be relocated, they’ve claimed that every single room in the hotel was taken!!! and the only way we can do that if we upgrade and pay a hefty price on the top of the price we already paid so more or less our checking in experience ruined all our stay there personally for future reference prior to paying I would want to see the room first before partnering with my money.

We had breakfast and the cook breakfast was cold and it seemed that it had been there a long time. Had to asked for more coffee in the room as we only had x1 coffee and x1 sachet of milk took over an hour for the hotel staff to bring us some more up. The room we stayed in was on the small side and it looked like it hadn’t been finished with painting the ceiling was half painted. Not were to really unpack your clothes not enough cupboard space

Top Tribe!

Only one night but I would stay again in a heartbeat! The friendliest staff and it's obvious they all enjoy working with each other as a team (which is rare!). They couldn't be better staff - priceless! Room was superb and the breakfast possibly the best I've ever had in a hotel. Brilliant stay!
