Booked a suite. I know it's London, but this was not a suite. Room had a terrible odor & dirty carpeting. Called Expedia to see if they could help considering this was a non-refundable room. They were extremely HELPFUL. They called the hotel, & tried to get us a refund. But the hotel said they wouldn't be able to let us know for a week. But the hotel was very kind & did offer to switch us to a sister hotel. This went very smoothly & the nice gentleman who checked us in at The Hotel Indigo gave us free breakfast every morning on their beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar.

Great location, great check in, room was a great size for London and was quiet despite the proximity to Leicester square. Lighting in corridors and stairwells not so great. Once checked in, no need to scan room key on re entry to gain access to the hotel corridors. Obviously could not access any other rooms but we felt like this was not as safe as could be.

Easy check in and excellent location. The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Not noisy during the night, considering the hotel is located on Leicester Sq, but we did stay mid-week, so this may differ at a weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean and nice decor.

Fantastic location. Easy access by foot for entertainment and food. Nice, clean rooms with good decor. Deluxe room had good space. Only one bad point- the twin beds could have been clamped together as a double. Other than that would recommend.

Clean, stylish and comfortable

I had a lovely stay at the Victory House Hotel. The rooms are very clean and stylishly decorated. The bed is also super comfy, I had an amazing night"s sleep.

Quiet and clean

Quiet, clean and modern. The bed was firm and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. The buffet breakfast was good in terms of offering, but some of the hot food was lukewarm

For around £150 - dirty and extremely noisy, with no good service or even decent reception. When asked about excessive noise outside the staff said it should stop before late night. Air conditioning machinery was placed directly over the bed heading and flashing diodes at our eyes all night. Avoid!
