The remote for the television was missing. When reported, the staff were apologetic and tried to source another. Unfortunately it wasn't as they had no spares. When checking out our parking was validated, however when leaving the car park, the validation discount wasn't accepted and we had to pay a hefty parking bill.

This place was an absolute dump. And the rooms are so small. So small that I had to purchase another room so we could store bags and sleep comfortable. The AC didn’t work and their response was we can’t fix it and won’t have someone until next week. An absolute joke. When asked if there is some sort of refund that could give they said no. Just an overall let down. The other room we had was over top of Kaboodle and the bass kept us up until midnight everyday. I would recommend Expedia to stop representing them. It was that bad.

The staff at this property are amazing and beds were very comfortable. The property is advertised as being air conditioned and it isn’t. The man at reception was kind enough to bring us a fan, which was better, but not ideal.

Appalling cleanliness. Good breakfast & location.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. There were stains all over the carpet, there was what looked like coffee stains (I hope) on the bedclothes of the sofa-bed. When we pushed in the sofa-bed in the morning there was a large what looked like babysick (I hope!!!) on the sofa. Our skin was crawling. The sink was blocked so wouldn't empty out. There was a mere handful of little UHT milk containers, not enough to cool one coffee. The breakfast was really good to end on a positive note.
